Purchase Checklist

Here is a list of some of the things you will need to make it easier to complete your application when you're applying for a loan to purchase a home.

Your current residence address, or addresses, for the past two years.
Social security numbers for all borrowers.
Your employment history for the past two years.
Current income information for all borrowers.
If seeking pre-approval: The desired price of the home you are considering and how much of a down payment you plan to make..
Copy of the sales contract once you locate the home you wish to purchase.
Statements for any deposit accounts covering the latest two months.
Basic information on any real estate you may already own.

Refinance Checklist

Based upon the type of refinance you are doing, some, or even most of the items on this checklist may not be necessary.

Your current residence address, or addresses, for the past two years.
Social security numbers for all borrowers.
Your employment history for the past two years.
Current income information for all borrowers.
Basic information on any real estate you may already own.
Information verifying your existing homeowner's insurance coverage and premiums.

Here is a list of some of the things you may need to apply for a Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit.

Your current residence address, or addresses, for the past two years.
Social security numbers for all borrowers.
Your employment history for the past two years.
Current income information for all borrowers.
Basic information on any real estate you may already own.
Current estimated balance of the existing mortgage(s) and payment amount.
Information verifying your existing homeowner's insurance coverage and premiums.
Copy of the existing deed and plat/survey (if readily available).
